The company was establishing by Noam Rapoport in the year 1999 as an Export Company of the "Polidor - Group" (manufacturing Plastic Cups, Plates and Food Containers). During the years, the company approach factories in China and develop new products with them to sale all over Europe. The company invested in some factories to become a partner in the production.
